Who Cares?

I just want to share my thoughts on cyberbullying. I've always been kind of a realist or an "oh well" type of person, so I know many won't see the cyberbullying situations the way I do. In my opinion, people should just ignore others, and this goes for verbal bullying in real life also. So what if someone said something about you? Chances are the person who is doing the bullying has holds no importance in the bully victim's life anyway. If the people are anonymously saying things that's even more of a "so what?". There is nothing you can do about it, so just do not worry about it. If you ever grew up playing online video games, you experience these type of things often. The best and easiest thing to do is just laugh at the fact that random people are really taking the time to type out something stupid to you and move on. My dad always seemed to have a "who cares what people think" attitude, so I learned from that, and it makes these type of encounters for me way easier.

  1. I completely agree. I've kept a similar attitude all throughout high school, and it has worked wonders. Sadly, some people are more easily affected, making it hard to just ignore things. I think it is these types of people who have the most problems, or at least, they are the ones we hear about most.
